The sweater features a circular yoke and is knit top-down using US size 8 (5 mm) needles.
Gauge: 17 stitches and 22 rows in stockinette stitch on US size 8 (5 mm) needles = 4 x 4 inches (10 x 10 cm).

Small children: 3/4 years (38.5–41") | 5/6 years (43–45.5")

Fit

Classic / slightly fitted. For a more relaxed fit, choose one size up.

Yarn & Needles

Choose a yarn with approximately 164 yards per 50 g and a gauge of:
17 stitches x 22 rows = 4 x 4 inches in stockinette stitch
using US size 8 (5 mm) needles.

Construction

The sweater features a circular yoke and is worked top-down.
Sleeves are knit in continuation of the yoke, and no seaming is required.
