1. General
These terms apply to all purchases made on AllSizesKnit.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
2. Products
We sell digital knitting patterns in PDF format. The patterns are delivered immediately after payment via a download link.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in the local currency and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed through Shopify Payments.
4. Delivery
Digital patterns are delivered immediately after payment via email with a download link.
5. Right of Withdrawal / Refund Policy
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, they are exempt from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 18(2)(12) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that you lose your right of withdrawal.
6. Complaints
If your file is damaged or cannot be opened, please contact us at info@allsizesknit.com within 14 days, and we will resend the file.
7. Copyright
All patterns are protected by copyright. You may use the pattern for personal use only. You may not resell, copy, or distribute the pattern.

9. Third-Party Links and Affiliate Links
Our webshop and blog may contain links to third-party websites, including affiliate links. We are not responsible for the content of these external sites. If you click on an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. This does not affect our yarn recommendations, which are always based on our honest assessment.
10. Hosting and Platform
AllSizesKnit.com is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
11. Payment
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card data. This information is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After the transaction is completed, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
12. Changes to the Terms of Service
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes on our webshop. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the webshop after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered customers or through a notice on the front page of our webshop.

1. Generelt Disse vilkår gælder for alle køb på AllSizesKnit.com. Ved at gennemføre et køb accepterer du disse vilkår.
2. Produkter Vi sælger digitale strikkeopskrifter i PDF-format. Opskrifterne leveres øjeblikkeligt efter betaling via download-link.
3. Priser og betaling Alle priser er angivet i lokal valuta inkl. moms. Betaling sker via Shopify Payments.
4. Levering Digitale opskrifter leveres øjeblikkeligt efter betaling via email med download-link.
5. Fortrydelsesret Da vores produkter er digitale og leveres øjeblikkeligt, er de undtaget fra fortrydelsesretten jf. forbrugeraftalelovens § 18, stk. 2, nr. 12. Ved køb accepterer du, at du mister din fortrydelsesret.
6. Reklamationsret Hvis din fil er beskadiget eller ikke kan åbnes, kontakt os på info@allsizesknit.com inden for 14 dage, så sender vi filen igen.
7. Ophavsret Alle opskrifter er beskyttet af ophavsret. Du må bruge opskriften til private formål, men ikke videresælge, kopiere eller distribuere den.

9. Third-party links og affiliate links Vores webshop og blog kan indeholde links til tredjepartssider, herunder affiliate links. Vi er ikke ansvarlige for indholdet på disse eksterne sider. Når du klikker på et affiliate link og foretager et køb, kan vi modtage en kommission uden ekstra omkostninger for dig. Dette påvirker ikke vores garnanbefalinger, som altid er baseret på vores ærlige vurdering.
10. Hosting og platform AllSizesKnit.com er hostet på Shopify Inc. Shopify leverer den online e-handelsplatform, der giver os mulighed for at sælge vores produkter til dig. Dine data gemmes gennem Shopifys datalagring, databaser og den generelle Shopify-applikation. De gemmer dine data på en sikker server bag en firewall.
11 Betaling: Hvis du vælger en direkte betalingsgateway til at gennemføre dit køb, gemmer Shopify dine kreditkortoplysninger. Disse data er krypteret gennem Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Dine købstransaktionsdata gemmes kun så længe det er nødvendigt for at gennemføre din købstransaktion. Når transaktionen er gennemført, slettes dine købstransaktionsoplysninger.
12. Ændringer til servicevilkår Vi forbeholder os retten til at opdatere, ændre eller erstatte dele af disse servicevilkår ved at offentliggøre opdateringer og/eller ændringer på vores webshop. Det er dit ansvar at tjekke denne side regelmæssigt for ændringer. Din fortsatte brug af eller adgang til webshop efter offentliggørelse af eventuelle ændringer udgør accept af disse ændringer.
Væsentlige ændringer vil blive meddelt via email til registrerede kunder eller via en meddelelse på forsiden af vores webshop.
