Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

Because our products are digital knitting patterns delivered as PDF files and made available immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Under Section 18(2)(12) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium is exempt from the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase, you agree to receive immediate access to your digital pattern and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal.
